MyCar Auto Parts Limited Warranty Policy

Warranty Duration and Locations: This warranty is valid for a period of 365 days from the date of receiving. This warranty is valid for any purchase through our website, eBay, Amazon, or brick-and-mortar locations.

Coverage:

We, MyCar Auto Parts, hereby warrant that our auto parts will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use after proper installation. The warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser of the product.

Warranty Claim:

If a part is found to be defective within the warranty period, we reserve the right to either replace or refund the original purchase price at our discretion. In either case, the purchaser must return the part back to us in order to receive replacement or refund at our discretion.

Customer Information:

Customers must be prepared to present identification that matches the original name of the purchaser based on the sales receipt that the customer must provide. The customer must fill out an information form provided by our support team in order to file a claim.

 

This warranty is void under the following circumstances:

Expiration of Warranty

The warranty is considered expired if the product exceeds the 365-day warranty period. Warranties also expire when you sell your vehicle or transfer your vehicle.

Accident or Collision

Any damage resulting from accidents or collisions is not covered.

Misuse, Abuse, or Modification: The warranty does not cover parts that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification.

Environmental Conditions

Damages due to exposure to salt, hail, or other environmental conditions, including natural disasters, are excluded.

Damages Caused by Other Faulty Parts: If the part failure is a result of other faulty parts, it is not covered under this warranty.

Man-Made Damages

The warranty does not cover damages caused by careless operation and use, including but not limited to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, improper installation, alteration, or modification.

Irresistible External Forces

In the case of irresistible external forces such as flood, fire, earthquake, lightning, typhoon, etc., where the product was not installed properly, the warranty is not applicable.

Marine Use

Installation or use on vehicles used for marine purposes where such product is not intended for marine use.

Racing and other

Installation or use on vehicles used for powersports, off-road, or racing purposes where such product is not intended for these applications.

Exclusions from Coverage:

This limited warranty does not cover labor costs or any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages. These may include, but are not limited to, physical injuries, property damage, loss of time, loss of use of the vehicle, inconvenience, rental vehicle charges, towing charges, shipping costs, or accommodations resulting from a defect in or failure of the part.

This Limited Warranty represents the total liability of MyCar Auto Parts for any product to which it applies. MyCar Auto Parts makes no other warranties or representations of any kind whatsoever, expressed or implied, and all implied warranties including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. Some states do not allow the exclusion, limitation, incidental or consequential damages, or the disclaimer or implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Note: Any warranty claims must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable.
